VIP Travel Club Deceptive Techniques to steal money Miami Florida

We were asked to trade in our other time shares. Thankfully we did not. However we purchased 15 weeks in a 2 bedroom suite similar to what we were staying in as a trade with our other time share at the time we signed the contract. They mailed us a CD that did not even include the resort we stayed in. The brochure we later recieved didn't include it either and was pitful compared to the other time share information we recieve from our other time shares. We had a difficult time getting the membership # that would allow us to get on the website. When we got it, it did not work. We called in after having to thoroughly search the website for a phone number. We thought we had confirmed a week 7 months from that date in a room like we stayed in for our family. We recieved an email confirming that we were booked in a studio which will not accomadate us and our 5 kids. We emailed back saying that there had been a mistake. They wrote back and basically said tough and that they had already charged our credit card for the all inclusive fee of $2000 and that was non refundable. We emailed asking for assistance to the the general information website and the customer service website as well as to reservation email. We only recieved one email back that said only the following 2 words entrado correcto. We still can not get on the website where you can supposedly amend your own reservations. The required membership and contract # we were given after much inquiry does not allow us on the website
