We signed up for a share type package in February 2008
Prior to signing up for the VIP Travel program we asked numerous informative questions, in fact we spent four (4) hours with your staff alone, notwithstanding the sales individuals. We were assured that VIP had accommodations, i.e. Israel and other destinations we intend to travel to, availability of hotel rooms, services at accommodations, etc. Even though we asked numerous times prior to signing up to read literature concerning the program, the accommodations, hotel locations, affiliations with other hotels, activities the hotel included, kids, Jacuzzi in rooms, etc. we were not provided with any literature.

However, we were assured that if the program was not satisfactory upon returning to the States and receiving the package program we could get a FULL REFUND. Yet, assured that we were looking for and everything told to us was true. In fact they were nothing more than lies, untruths and deceit tactics.

When the information regarding the program arrived it became apparent that the program is a nothing more than a sham, fraudulent and nothing more. We tried to book we were not able to. The hotels that are offered, if even legitimate are in remote areas, opposite of what we were told, nothing to do on the premise, opposite of what we were told, not Star 5 hotels, like we were told, no Jacuzzis's in the room like we were told, no surrounding night life like we were told and NEVER AVAILABLE.

Further we were told that VIP were affiliated with other time shares and hotels, this is an outright LIE. Worst, is that there are no available dates to book, limited dates of availability and few places where you allegedly offer accommodations. The cruise is a sham too.

We have been trying to cancel said membership since we received the travel information. To date, the company has been non-responsive, rude, misleading and ill advised. We have not received call backs. Now Marisol Corona is playing games. This simply reinforces the lack of professionalism and fraud throughout the company.

I have also done my fair share of research regarding VIP travel and have learned that my concerns are shared amongst many, attached for your review are a host of articles that are published about VIP.

I am in the process of reaching other victims who have joined based on your fraudulent representations. I am currently in contact with several attorneys to handle this matter and will not hesitate to start suit. I will continue to investigate all areas under the law to prove that your company is fraudulent and close down the operation down if my money is not returned to me immediately the suit will begin.
