Vitalchek, owned by Lexus Nexis, the company NYC uses to process the order and mailing of public records such as birth, marriage, and death records.

The order says the process time is 5-10 days. Not only have they failed to delivery my document (going on a month now), but they will not answer e-mails. They have removed their toll free phone number from the website. After waiting on hold for 1 hour they failed to resolve the issue. I cannot understand how this company can get a A+ from the BBB. Their delivery time and customer service is horrible. They took my money and did deliver the product.

Get your documents directly from the municipality via snail mail or other form. Vitalchek is not fast, easy, nor convenient.
