VL Health Representing for Megadrox and Testadrox Scam, Dishonesty, Impossible to get out of!! Arizona

Signed up for these supplements in April fully aware of the 30 day trial.  On day 29 we called back, negotiated a price and was told they would ship out within the week. 

Then my husband lost his debit card, and we had to cancel it.  That started a downward spiral of events.

Long story short, after calling and giving them new card info, they continued to try and charge our canceled card.  So our order never arrived.  This went on for a month.  Calling nearly every day and being told they couldn't find out account, we had so many cancellation numbers but oddly enough they could never find them.

Finally I spoke with a woman who told me our account was closed, our orders were canceled and we would NOT be charged.  Until our July statement came where we had two charges for the products, two shipping charges, and two trial charges.  A total of $125.78 for a product that we never received and didn't want.  When I called back to dispute those charges the representative for VL Health told me that we signed up for the program and we were charged because our trial ended.  Um....... He then went on to talk over me, told me hope we enjoyed their products and hung up.  Nice guy.

Now Visa is handling the dispute.  This is the biggest rip off company.  They make it nearly impossible to cancel or change your order.  We must have made close to 20 phone calls to get this taken care of.  I never encourage sales from Amazon, but in this case if you want to try Megadrox or Testadrox (which my husband LOVES) I wouldn't buy it through VL Health.
