VL Health Metabo Matrix Scottsdale Arizona

Ordered the Metabo Matrix on a 14 day trial.  Before the 14 days were up, I sent an email to cancel so that there would be no charges coming out of my account.  Today 26 days later, a charge for $59.95 was taken out of my account.  I called the customer service number and they said they never received an email cancelling my membership.  Wow what a shock!!!  The customer service person was very unhelpful and kept on trying to give me free things.  I told her numerous times that I just wanted my money refunded and my memebership cancelled.  Was told that since they didn't receive my email and per their policy, my money could not be refunded but my  memebership was cancelled.  When asked to speak to a superviosr, none were available as they were on other calls.  Probably all on complaint calls as this company is a complete rip off!!!!
