It started back about 2 years ago when a 1.00 difference caused about $752.00 in NSF fees. This could not of have happened at a worse time. I had just been out of work for about 5 weeks with a severe infection from an appendectomy. I also had 3 kids and a wife at home needing to eat when I was living off of savings. Do you think the "Friendly" Wachovia Representative Supervisor Cared? Not in the Least.

So being the dedicated customer I am, I stayed with Wachovia and took responsibilities for my actions and accepted the $752.00 in NSF Fees.

The last straw, just occurred today, 9/13/08. My account was deducted $70.00 in NSF feeds for money that was "in" the bank. It makes absolutely no sense. I wasn't negative until the NSF fees came out???!!! Unfortunately, I am now on disability due to 3 herniated disc. Living on $544.00 every two weeks. Wachovia Took the $70.00, now my family will not be able to eat this week. My wife explained this to the rep. as she balled her eyes out. No remorse was shown what so ever. And this time, it was NOT our fault. But what really makes it so bad is that about 3 weeks ago, Wachovia allowed Direct TV (Another Scumbag Company) to deduct 198.00 out of my account. I don't have Direct TV. I never have. I payed my wife's Direct TV with my card and it was deducted later.This cause them to take another 140.00 in nsf fees. I just can't afford to bank with these thieves. My mother has worked at a major bank for 40 years. I know these charges can be reversed in certain situations. I am currently moving everything to Bank of America and they give me two "Opps" cards for this type of thing when you open a new account. This upset me so bad, I did two things, I made a youtube video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IpPTIFetAlA . If you have experience a situation like this with them, please look up these sites and submit them to digg.com and stumbleupon.com to get the word out. I want Wachovia to know how mad we are.
