Walmart Family Mobile Was charge for a extra line suppose to be one line and was charge for two lines cause i got a new sim card cause the phone i had got locked out of it EL Dorado Hills, California

I had one line and I forgot my access code to my phone so I attempyted to remember and got lock out my phone. so I went to walmart to purchase another sim card and the worker told me that they would call  and let the company know that i had purchase another card cause i burn out the other sim card and now i was charge for two lines for two months when i only have one line. now i have a bill of 94.53 That is due and another one on the way and  yall need to get this bill straight asap cause i  was only suppose to pay only 45 dollars a month.
