Regardless of any carrier you choose you will not get to write off a whole billing period of charges just because you went 3 days without service when you traveled somewhere. I can understand being upset and going to ripoff report to try and "say something" but a lot of complaints are just nonsense. If you went through 30 days of a billing cycle and you got service 27 days its garbage that you wouldn't pay the bill at all.

So you want a month of free service because you were not able to use your phone for three days??? Good luck with that.
Get a real cellphone then with a contract and guaranteed service.
