Walmart Family Mobile My bill was suspended today and got cut back on.When it was back on they changed my number,not with my authorization. Oklahoma City Nationwide,Ok

My phone bill was suspended for a few hours today ,and I went to pay the bill at Walmart(Family Mobile),noting that i have another account on my plan.I did it over the phone before i went to walmart,as i was speaking i told him several times not to change the number i was paying for,he asked several times and tried to convince me to change it.I told him NO,but when my granddaughter called me she asked why is my number changed.So i went to walmart and i told them exactly what happened.I was told to write this E-mail informing them that i will not be paying for the number xhange or paymemt changes,because i specifically told the man not to change a thing.
