Washington Mutual Home Loans unlawful use of civil proceedings, preditors, Ripoff Milwaukee Wisconsin

This company goes after the under dog. While already in bankruptcy due to this company. They tried to take our house by stating in the year 2005 that we missed a payment in 2003. We had to prove to them that they actually cashed our check before they 'agreed' that they were wrong. We had to pay over $20,000 in attorney fees. They should pay us our expenses due to their error. Restitution is what we need but that will cost too much on our part. We could have paid our way out of bankruptcy with all the attorney fees we paid, because of them. They are preditors!!
