Wayne Dalton Poor quality without warrante is a bad combination Nationwide

I purchased two Wayne Dalton garage doors recently and both failed in different ways costing a lot of money to repair. The first is a double wide door that began delaminating after 3 months.  The factory claimed a glue problem but I still needed to pay the cost to replace the defective panels.  This door was their top of the line door.

I also purchased a second single car door from their lower quality line.  The door construction was so poor that the opener pushed the traveler through the top door panel breaking all of the glass.  Again I was responsible for paying for the repairs. 

I do not know garage doors so I cannot recommend another company.  I have two doors on my main house now (not Wayne Dalton) that have been flawless for 15 years so I do know it is possible to make a good door.
