I paid $32,500K for a years lease on a home up front, no one knows where the security deposit is, they filed an eviction notice because they sent me a bill for $679. WITH NOTHING ON IT stating what it was for and I emailed the person back asking what they were up to. They never answered and then a month later a lady with a very nasty attitude calls making threats. 

The lease was with another scamming Management Company called IAS and they gave the assets to Waypoint I guess because they did not want to pay all the contractors and home repair people they owed. So, Waypoint comes in about 5 months after I am in home FULLY PAID. and sends a letter on plain white paper saying management/ownership changed from one LLC to another LLC. NONE of which are Waypoint Homes, SWAY, LL, or the one that makes the money...StarwoodWaypointResidentialTrust NYSE:SWAY Check it out! 
Since I have resources most renters do not, I am creating a site to gather reviews about them from every source and with Yelp, the BBB, Ripoff Report, etc. there are hundreds upon hundreds of negative reviews about them. LET THE BUYER/RENTER BEWARE! Look at the dates on the reviews and the preponderance are for the last few months to a year. 

Is it because they are losing money and the CEO et al need to keep getting rich? I reallly think they have a huge disconnect between their customer the Investor and their customer the renter (I meant their scum on the bottom of their shoes - The renter). Luckily I am in Internet Marketing and I am on a mission after reading all the horrible reviews and people without resources who have been simply treated badly. It is truly a sad commentary.
