Invitation homes Starwood homes, Waypoint homes, invitation homes Trying to extort a lot of money from their tenants repairs that are false Suwanee Georgia

Let me start off by saying that I have given this company the right to correct this before I  blasted them. I now understand why in the two years I have rented from them their name has changed three different times. I am sick to my stomach over this. I have been a renter for now 10 years and I have never NOT gotten my deposit back. Of course not always all of it but I have agreed to what was owed or not owed.

Not only is Invitation homes trying to charge me for things that they did not have to repair they have also allowed the new renter to keep their utilities bills in my name! I am completely sick over this and it looks like I may have to get an attorney.  Open for suggestions. 

Let me add the two years I lived there every summer they were late on the HOA dues. This neighborhood was so strict with people who did not pay their dues, they would not let us use their pool or join any events until Invitation paid. Do I get to charge them for false advertisement? If they advertise that it comes with a pool and community and I can’t join I would say that is only fair? 

To give you an example of what I am dealing with when I say extort when I moved in the house had no screens, They informed me that the screens are not standard but I was more than welcome to buy my own. So I did on the main windows that I had open often. Now they have the nerve on my move out to charge me for all of the other ones that i did not buy screens for.  The funny thing was as I was moving out I found the original screens in the attic. Yet they are still trying to charge me. I honestly need my money back for the new ones I bought!  

Another example when I moved in the paint has touch up all over, shine no shine two toned. The agent told me that this was standard wear and tear and I can’t expect me to have them repaint the entire house? I said that it’s not an issue as long as they did not try to charge me for it when I  moved out. OF COUSER THEY DID LOL  Now when I moved out they are trying to charge me to repaint the entire house. The best part about that is I am close friends with the neighbors and they confirmed they NEVER repainted the entire house.

I can keep going I have a list that is longer then this will most likely will let me type. I am not asking for anything but what is fair. I have agreed to the charges when I did the walk through not this bucket of lies.
