Invitation Homes massively got screwed Tampa Florida

I've been renting from invitation home since February 2014, mind you I relocated from New York to South Florida, and I thought that rental agreements were the same everywhere. so I agreed to Pay a set amount of 895.  due to loss of a job I was only able to pay half of my rent, so I needed time to pay the other half which they refused half payment, and refuse to take any kind of payment at all. its not that we don't want to pay it's just that we need a little bit more time, and on top of that they want to add up to $125 late fees Plus $30 to pay the rent online when all we want to is pay our bills.  we've tried numerous times and heard from numerous consumers who said the same thing they get ripped off stay away from invitation homes. the house is falling apart and they refused to fix it and the water pipes need changing because the Water comes out black occasionally,  we need to buy bottled water because the water tastes like sulfur and smells like s**t. not to mention that one of their female employees came on to Me and offered sex in exchange for all this to go away and for us to keep our mouths shut. I have a fiancée and a child and I'm not interested in women of ill repute trying to ruin a good relationship.  so me and my fiancée heard about you guys, and we are hoping that you can help us in some way we don't want to end up homeless especially with a little girl to take care of and animals that we love and my wife potentially being pregnant.    we're hoping you could help us somehow.  We're not squatters we're just going through a difficult time, and don't want to end up homeless and why nobody wants to do business the right way which is working with people.
