Who's Who Registry of Academic Excellence I received a letter in Nov. 2009 for the Who's Who Registry signed by a publisher named Cheryl A. Komor. I paid $90.00 and still have not received the book. When I call the number listed, I get a rel , Internet

I received a letter around Oct. 2009 from the Who's Who Registry for Academic Excellence signed by Cheryl A. Komor, publisher. I submitted the application, my daughter was accepted, they sent me a bio to review, I approved it and I in turn placed an order on 12/18/09 for the book that was to include her photo for a total of $90.00. To date, over a year later, I have not received the book. I have tried calling the phone number listed on the letter several times but I only get an answering service that is for the deaf and I am always told they are not available and I can leave a message. Of course, I never get a call back or any further assistance. This scam needs to be investigated. I believed that Who's Who was a reputable registry and never imagined I would get scammed.  I want this to be investigated as I know I am not the only one this has happened to.
