This company promised me that they will print my daughters picture and bio of her accomplishments in highschool; for future scholarships and recognition.  I ordered a book and plaque because I was excited to do something special for her.  I sent the money and called, and a representitive told me I would be receiving my merchandise at the begining of year 2010.  I have not received anything , I have not received a refund, and the web site is talking about the company is going through hard finacial times and they are trying to work on back orders.  I am very UPSET! I have been ripped off, and my daughter is disappointed because she was looking forward to her items.  Gary Shirley needs to be brought up on charges and innocent parents like myself need a refund on our hard earned money!!! I believe we have been taking advantage of and it makes me SICK!!!  Beware parents and do not trust this company!
