I contacted wildblue after getting e-mail saying my monthly bill was ready for payment which had already been paid by credit card. In reviewing the bill and my account I had previously purchased 2 Gb of extra data and on 17th of July an additional 3 Gb of data. When purchasing extra data there web page says it's a one time purchase which I assumed it to mean that I would have an additional 5GB indefinitely. Well after checking my account which is recycled on the 20th of the month you go back to the basic data allowance. My complaint is the deceptive wording in their web page. I feel it should clearly state the purchase of additional data is only good for the billing period in which it is purchased and is not a continuing thing.

When customer support was contacted and I got verbal clarification of how the extra data process works I informed that in my opinion their web site was very deceptive about the process and should be clarified. Representative said a $25.00 gift card would be added to my account. I advised her that was better than nothing and thus concluded on-line chat.

Need correction on purchase of the 3GB of data date it was 17 th of June not July. All I want done is for them to clarify their extra data purchase procedure.
