windstream Internet service Clarkesville, Georgia
*UPDATE Employee: No customer service

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, every time we try and connect to the internet it requires a minimum of 2 hours on the phone to get the problem straightened out. Now a holiday weekend and they have NO support. This is a total waste of money. The company over charges on fees and DOES NOT provide services paid for. I would change but due to the FCC we cannot change companies. The government is the biggest rip off artist of all.

How is the FCC holding you to this outfit. Last I checked, the government wasn't in the business of DICTATING which ISP folks chose to engage for services.
