It looks like your dog died and they pretended to have sold it to someone else.

Wizard of Claws, James and Gilda Anderson never get a vet to their famous back room, even Jan Bellows does not go in there. They don't even have the cages cleaned, or the water changed, the hygiene is so poor, they only pay for one lamp bulb, do you think seriously they will ever spend a penny on your puppy ?

They have a lawyer working for them a flat fees, so they don't care to have an other to take of, it cost them less.

When you deal with such people, you can't expect anything good from them, but for sure never bring them your pet ! If you do, be conscious that it is like euthanasia

Jim ( James ) and Gilda Anderson have killed so many animals just to make some extra $, that no normal person can imagine it would be possible, but let's face it, here they are !

If you ask them for a death certificate of your pet, since their vet Jan Bellows is forging any kind of official paper for them, it won't help you.

Did you dog had a microship ? You could contact Avid and ask them what are the status of his microship numbers.

Concerning the money side, if you paid with Credit Cards you can always contact Visa or Amex and inform them.
