WIZARD OF CLAWS ripoff Pembroke Pines Florida

On June 27, 2005, I called Wizard of Claws after viewing puppies on their website. I purchased a Maltese puppy from Al and put the charges on my American Express. The total was $6,134.48. I was contacted on Tuesday, June 28, 2005 by Hector, who handles shipping, from Wizard of Claws. He told me the tracking nuymber for my puppy was 21666503 and that my puppy would leave Ft. Lauderdale, FL at 5:30 am on Delta flight 765 to Atlanta. It would then depart Atlanta on flight 4557 to Knoxville, TN arriving at 10:50 am on June 30, 2005. I went to the Knoxville airport to find the puppy wasn't there and acdcording to the Delta airline officials, it had never been taken to the Ft. Lauderdale airport to be shipped to me. I called Wizard of Claws from the airport and asked for Al, I was told he was off. I asked for Hector, I was told he wouldn't be in until 1pm. I asked for the owner, I was told he wasn't there. I asked for a supervisor and was told ther wasn't one there. I was told there was nothing I could do but wait until Hector arrived at 1 and they would have him call me immediately. By 2pm, I still hadn't heard from anyone. I called them. I was told Hector had stepped out. I told the rep who I was and what was going on and that I needed to speak with someone immediately. He hung up on me. I called right back and told that person who I was and what was going on. He asked me what I expected him to do about it that I needed to wait for Hector. He said he would have him call me in 20 minutes. It is now after 4pm and no one has contacted me. It is now Tuesday, July 05, 2005. I called Wizard of Claws again this morning. Of course no one was available to talk to me. I was told I would receive a call back before noon. It's 12:30 no calls yet.
