Wizard Of Claws ripoff Warning! Very Sick Puppies Help me Howard Channel 7 News Pembroke Pines Florida

I'm sending you an email to follow this report. My husband bought me a dog from this place on December 24,2004. He paid $2000.00 for my Christmas present. The same night we realized that the dog didn't appear right. We then contacted the pet store and they said the puppy had to get familar with the surroundings of our home. We then called again concerned about the puppy and they said we would have to take it to their vet only. I asked if I could take the puppy to my vet , they said NO, I could only take it to Dr. Bellows their vet. I did that.

When I went into the office I saw two other dogs I recognized that were purchased the same day as mine and they were extremly sick. I even made a comment to owner of the sick English Bull dog puppy. I was told by their vet that my dog had worms in her stool so they gace us meds for that. Then, a couple of days later the puppie's eyes were looking bad very small and full of puss. My husband had to drive another 40 minutes to see what was wrong. He was told the dog had an eye infection and then was sent home with meds.My husband express to Dr. Bellows that the dog seemed to be choking or and coughing a lot.

These concerns weren't addressed at all. After giving us the meds, I gave it to puppy for two days, and I didn't notice a change for the better, Then I noticed the puppy was gasping for air and was not moving much at all, I then rushed to a local vet office to have her checked out, paying out of my pocket for this expense. The vet said" This dog is sickly and should be brought back to the puppy place where we bought her"

Then he continued to examine the dog and said he would have to run several diffrent test to determine the cause of illness. He said the dog had respiratory problems, and other problems that he noice with the naked eye alone. He also felt very sad for me. He said this is a sad situation that honestly happens to frequently to the consumers. He was willing to stand behind his findings and write me a letter right away. After leaving his office I was inclined to drive all the way to the store and find out what my options were.

What I was told is that they would have Dr. Bellows see my dog and the owner of the com[pany would call by the next business day. It has been five days that I have been calling to speak to the owner and someone else gets on the phone and says " Your puppy is being treated", and she's looking better. Then I say why can't I pick her up? They say"She is on a nebulizer three times a day, and taking several medications. They have never told me what Dr. Bellows was treating my dog for and never called us to say anything.

I don't feel it is fair taht I have to drive 1 hour away to see my dog. I also know there is a puppy lemon law, and I don't know my legal rights. I'm affraid to tell these people how I really feel, and when they tell me my dog is well that it might not be. This dog according to our purchase agreement has a one year warrenty. I would like your advise. I also know that if you made a special request to anyone who purchased a dog from this place in December 2004 if they had health issues you would get a whole lot of stories.
