Feb 26th and they charged me $6.95 which seems to be their standard charge. No idea who they are or how they received my number. Already spoke to my credit card company and the debited the amount back and shut down my account.

These guys do not give up.

Unfortunately, because Sgrossman did not provide many individual details, we could not find his account. We very much want to resolve the issue that Sgrossman has brought up, and we strongly urge him to contact our Customer Care Department, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by calling 1-800-243-9726 (a toll-free call from the US).

If Sgrossman received charges from iFriends, this means that someone created an iFriends account using his personal information. To create an iFriends account, a user must enter correct personal information, including credit card number, billing address, and email address. When the account is created, the user has the option to upgrade to a premium subscription. The $6.95 that Sgrossman references in his report may be a result of an upgrade to a premium subscription.

Sgrossman indicates that he has already spoken to his credit card company and shut down his account. We urge Sgrossman to contact us immediately so that we can locate the account and cancel and block all of the information from our end. We work diligently with banks and law enforcement agencies to help apprehend anyone committing credit card fraud or identity theft.
