My bank contacted me about an overdraft fee that had occured on my account, when I checked the statement it said that I overdrew $5.95 from a WPI*IFRIENDS VIP. I have never been to this website before and am not sure how they received my credit card info, but they charged me $5.95, which cost me an extra $25.00 for overdrawing my account. Now, I have to pay $30.95 for something I never authorized.

Using the information provided on RipOffReport by Matt, we located his account with iFriends.
A short time after Matt wrote the above complaint, he contacted our Customer Care Department. He requested that his account be closed. A Customer Care Representative closed the account and provided him with a cancellation number. Matt did not request during that phone call that charges be refunded to him if he had, the representative would have gladly refunded the charges. We have since refunded all charges (a total of $6.95). If Matt has any further questions or concerns, we strongly encourage him to contact our Customer Care Department, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by calling 1-800-243-9726 (a toll-free call from the US).
The iFriends account was created by someone who had complete knowledge of Matt's personal information, including his credit card number, billing address, and email address. This person created a VIP membership, which resulted in the charges of $6.95 that Matt received. As mentioned above, we have refunded those charges. Unfortunately, since we did not assess the overdraft charges, we are unable to refund them. We strongly suggest that Matt speak to his bank about the overdraft charges, as it is the entity that can refund those fees to him.
