I have no idea who this company is or what they do, but I've now got a -$104 balance on my debit card, with another "fee" of $49.99 in the pipes. I did not sign up for anything with this company. I do not even know who they are.

I called the 800 number that came with the debits and there was no answer. I'm calling my bank and Visa to dispute these charges, but I don't know what I'm going to do about the overdraft fees. I'm ready to go to court over this.

#1 UPDATE Employee

valid customer service line

AUTHOR: Mandy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, December 22, 2003

The telephone number posted on the bank statement is a valid customer service line that is in operation 6 days a week Mon-Fri 8am-7pm ,and Sat 10am-6pm CST. When calling the 800 number it advises you of who the company is as well as what the company does, and also provides you with two other ways to contact the company other than the 800 number, (voice message mail box-to leave a message and have your call returned, our website-that proveds an email address/mailing address.)
