Finally sold my Wyndham time share in Waikiki for $1200 (97% loss compared to purchase price). According to the closing company the deed was recorded in Hawaii on 1-8. I called Wyndham 1-15 and they acknowledge that they are in posession of the notice of deed transfer and the new owner's info, but " it takes them 8 weeks " to update their computer information and in the meantime they are still sending me monthly maintenance fee bills.
