I'm truly upset at the fact that I have reached out to Wyndham multiple times and I have not received any response. They are simply ignoring me and I find that completely unacceptable. I explained that their sales representatives Justin and Lindsey were very pushy and would throw papers in front of me just telling me where to sign with no explanation. They have lied about what they sold me. After keeping me hostage in a room for over 5 hours and becoming shaky and anxious because I hadn't eaten in hours I finally signed the contract. The amount of money we're paying to vacation 1 time a year is not logical. I've asked for someone to contact me back about this for months, and I'm continuously being ignored by Wyndham.

Keeping you hostage?
AUTHOR: Flint - (Afghanistan)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, June 12, 2022
They were keeping you hostage in a room? So I assume you called the police and have a police report regarding this kidnapping?
The only person who is at fault for signing a contract without reading it is you. There is literally never any excuse to do that. If someone won't let you read what you are signing in its entirety, that's a good sign you are being ripped off. Stand up, turn around, and walk out.
There is also never any reason to listen to sales people. Anything they tell you verbally is pretty much going to be BS, since there is no way to prove that they said it. If a promise or representation isn't reflected in the written contract, then they didn't make it and you shouldn't rely on it.
