Ya Ya Creations - Efavormart We were hoodwinked! False description of material and craftsmanship! Shipping is beyond unreasonable and packaging is poor. ripoff El Monte California

My fiance and I purchased 100 personalized 4X6 satin favor bags from Ya Ya creations, via efavormart.com, for our wedding reception on March 18, 2007. The company posts that the order is custom personalized and can take up to 4 weeks to receive from time of order acknowledgement.

I received an email 2 days after we ordered the bags stating that they were going to print and we would receive an email upon shipment. I waited patiently.

On April 25, 2007 I emailed Ya Ya creations/efavormart.com and politely asked when I would be receiveing our favor bags. I received a response the next day stating that the order had already been shipped and must have been lost/damaged/stolen/ etc. if it had not made it to me. The person who emailed me said he/she would send out a new order A.S.A.P. I responded to the email with a polite thank - you and a request to have an email sent to me upon shipment of our favor bags, with a tracking number so I could keep a close watch on the package. On May 4, 2007 I received the email with the tracking information. I received the package 2 days later.

I was very disappointed when I opened the bag that contained our favor bags. The 8 X12 evelope was stuffed to the point of bursting. The envelope had been haphazardly taped shut at intricate locations where the paper had apparently burst apart. The flap/closer wasn't even able to be sealed it was so over full. The flap was taped down. I gingerly cut the tape with a very sharp pair of scissors, already weary of the packaging.

The favor bags, I noticed first, were not satin at all. They are polyesther. POLYESTHER! They have runs and snags, the edges where the ribbons run through to cinch the bags are not so much as hemmed! THEY ARE FRAYING. The print is not centered on all of the bags, AND some of the print didn't adhere to the bags properly so the words look misspelled!

I can't use these! I have to order something else! I refuse to return to them because then they will have their crappy favor bags and I will still be out the cost as well as the horribly over priced shipping charges!

Avoid this company at all cost! Saving a few pennies isn't worth the misery you will suffer!
