I'm 75 years old lifelong boater. Never in my entire life I'd come across  such a miserable  tandem of man and wife in the business of boat brokerage

These two people use the worst practice of conducting their brokerage business with me. I've flown 24 hours straight form USA to see and buy a Sail boat  Nauticat 44 Simba. I've made a $18900 deposit to Mr. Jackson. The boat didn't do well during the survey showing 20 points of major serious problems findings including osmoses blisters all over the haul. Base on the pure results of survey, I've provided MR. Jackson with the letter of rejection of the boat, as its been indicated in the contract. In  return Mr. Jackson brought to my hotel  the seller of the boat, who physically attacked me demanding from me a contribution in amount of $4000 towards the seller.  It was a horrible episode of pure strait forward extortion and bridge of the contract. By threatening me not to return my deposit in full, like it stated in the contract, Mr. Jackson force me to release $1000 from my deposit to the seller.  Therefore with this letter I'd like you to know that I'll do everything in my ability and use any possible information instruments and a social media in order to make sailing community all around the world be aver and give them a warning about Criminal nature of the business conducted by   Mr. Jackson and his wife.

This case is now reported to the  "POLIS DIRAJA MALAYSIA" and to the His Excellency Ambassador of MALAYSIA to USA.
