aamco transmission worst customer service I've ever recieved most expensive repair longest repair time non caring managing hemet, California

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

First off I had my father in law take the truck in for inspection of problem they took it in and test drove it right away and acted like they were all over it but as soon as we left it came back and got parked,I drove by few. hours later and still there in parking lot.They not once called for over a day to let us know on any progress they had made I had to call two days ltater to ask for my self if they had checked it yet,and of course nothing yet they said oh in a few hours we will know.

k well why for two days nothing had happened and no call to let us know it was gonna take days for physical inspection I would have picked my vehicle up and gone elsewhere for service. when they finally gave an estimate I was blown away by the price! Ridiculous if u ask me and my automoitive shop having friends.

I was advised that for that price I could have purchased a transmission and gave warranty for less.well then I call back and see if its done three days later nothing yet and they tell me I need an extra part.because the technician recommended it because of my milage on my truck strange to me because they already gave me an estimate for service.

but now they said it will be done by the end of the day sweet right nope nothing like that my father in law goes to pick it up and it was not done due to wrong parts. But they did nothing no call nothing to let us know of the problem. they said we are sorry but we are closed for the weekend and can't do anything till monday. Now I have to cancel my whole weekend plans with family because of poor customer service and super slow repair time.ridiculous!!!!!

You say that $200 is paid for rentals?  I have been without my vehicle for just about two weeks.  I have spent $230 for a rental and had to take it back because I cannot afford to put my car in the shop plus pay rental fees.  They have told me three times that my car needed other parts.  The last issue was that everything was put together but now the car isnt shifting??? Whats that supposed to mean???? Then I told them I am without a car now???And they said they didnt know what to say. 

Didnt even offer me a rental?????  Its not the plans I have to break but I am a single mother of three kids and I am already putting 3 grand out. So please tell me what special circumstance mean??? They didnt say well we can line you up with a rental or anything like that to help you out instead the last thing the tech said was he didn't know now when the car will be done.  I understand things go wrong but not for two week straight with every other part going wrong and having no answers for the customer.

First, the transmission on the Titan is not cheap and our price and warranty were extremely reasonable.
Unfortunately, people some times do not know what a transmission may cost. We spent almost $200 on a rental car for the customer because circumstances did not allow us to finish when we originally said.  We bent over backwards trying to make them happy. 

There is no provision for rental cars, but, we made an exception because of circumstances we had NO CONTROL OVER and we did not want them put out.

Customer agreed to remove this attack on our business, but, I guess did not appreciate what we did for them because they never did it.

Look at our google reviews.  They are almost all perfect.  Almost all of our customers love our low prices, quick service, excellent work, friendly manager and honest dealings.  It is a shame that even after we rented them a car they still attacked us.
