British Airways Fraudulently preventing me from transferring Avois to book flight with partner airline. Waterside Harmondsworth

British Airways are fraudulently blocking my account from being able to transfer Avois to Qatar Airways to book a reward flight. 

I transferred hard earned points to British Aurways wirh the promise of being able to transfer Avois to other partner airlines anytime instantly but this is not the case. 

Multiple tries and getting error message. Call them and get hold to wait 24 hours and it will work. Not the case. 

Meanwhile the flight I want will likely disappear and my points will be wasted. 

I am reporting them to the ombudsman due to their underhand business practices. 

Avoid British Airways. They do not care about you as a customer and are a total ripoff, lying cheating company.
