After British Airways damaged my piece of baggage on a flight from London Heatrow to Bergen airport, I believed it would be easy for them to replace my piece of luggage. But NO...

I have written them a huge number of times. I have supplied for them every thinkable request they could come up with. I have wasted a lot of time just to find out that... nothing happends. It is now 6 month since I first claimed a compensation for my baggage. And in the last mail I was supposed to be contacted by a "K2 baggage supplier"...but again, nothing happends.

I am extremely displeased with the treatment from the British Airways Customer Relations. And they have been informed that this report will be written.

My tip is to stay away from British Airways. And it would be unfair to future travellers NOT to inform them about how they will be treated, if BA damage their baggage.

Still trying to contact British Airways...

I am still trying to contact British Airways regarding my baggage damage claim. But BA refuses to answer me. They have not given me any conclusion what they intend to do with my claim. And they simply dont respond to my inquiries. British Airways has a reliability far below what I thought was possible for a Air-travel company that size. And if you have the option you should always choose another airline company before you fly with BA.

The day after my first ripoffreport was posted(British Airways was informed of this), a letter was sendt to me from K2 Global Ltd. They say they have been unable to get in contact with me on behalf of BA(which is probably a lie since British Airways have received my contact information many times). 

Anyway... just a small ripoffreport, and suddenly British Airways was interested to get in touch with me...
