I had the service for 3 years plus. I paid a lot for services. I moved to a new company and moved all my lines over in january, and the only way I could contact anyone was chat, and I did that and they told me when I port over all my numbers it would be cancelled. I contacted them to make sure and they told me, sorry its not cancelled you have to pay all of the following month even though you did not use it. I told them, it was your chat that said it, and they said, sorry they were wrong.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
