I have not wanted to say anything about "Ameraco" because I didn't want to get involved but after all the NEGATIVITY that I have read on different websites...I feel compel to say something. I was with "Ameraco" for a long time and when I was with them...We made the program sound so easy and you can make alot of money in a short period of time. We also stated that we had over 10,000 investors to buy properties...The "TRUTH" is that it's not easy to work and they do NOT have over 10,000 investors. A property is e-mail to a few investors in there state...there is NO contact at all...only a e-mail is sent with limited info. about the property.....This program is very misleading. This program is design around "Investors" You get a investor to pick-up your property and you get a commission (3-7%)..That is where the problem is.........NO PROPERTIES are being pick-up...Why? They only give it to a few investors, not over 10,000 of them. This program can work but the ODDS are against you !!! You can do what you want..it's your money (495.00) but I would advise you not to invest in this program.....

I would presume you no longer work for Ameraco, because you can't even get the commission for locaters right. Neither the training manual nor the Advisors say the commission is 3-7%. Ameracos training manual says you will earn between 2-8% and the Advisors will tell you the average locater earns between 8-10% (due to the current market conditions). Again, maybe you don't work for Ameraco anymore because you couldn't read.
