This company is base on "Investors"... They do not have over 10,000 investors...They only send out a e-mail in letter form to a few people in that state. I know that for a fact.... They just add people to there investors list...These investors don't even know who "AMERACO" is. Ameraco is never verbally in contact with these so call Investors. This letter that they e-mail to these few investors is very limited in Info. about the property, so because of that 99% of the properties are not pick-up!!! Once again..this program is about investors and investors picking up properties and giving out a commission for locating them. Unfort. no properties are being pick-up and people are not getting any commission. You can't even make enough to get your 495.00 back.......this program is very stressful !!!!!
