American Hardwood Floors another Ripoff! Lost Our Money!San Diego California

We ordered a sample of the flooring and it came without incident. Our credit card was charged for the samples. Once we ordered the floor, and paid in full, we could never reach anyone at the company to follow up.

We paid in full as requested, followed all the rules, but never received the floor. The company's voice mailbox wouldn't accept messages for days (said it was full), now it will accept recorded messages but no one ever returns our phone calls or emails. We've sent faxes (they go through) but no one replies to us.

It looks like we are stuck like everyone else. What a horrible experience. We can only hope we'll hear from American Hardwood Floors soon and that there is a solution to this situation.
