American Hardwood Floors Hardwood Flooring Usa aka milldirectflooring got me twice! Internet

Yes I am another sucker that got taken by American Hardwood Floors. Ordered in Decembe. Got the run around until Mid March. End of March was contacted by the ship manager (which was the only way they were communicating) was told my grade of flooring was out of stock and that I needed to send an additional $373 for the next grade up. Argued with them via email over this, to no avail.

Finally sent them the money. Left for Spring Break April 1. Got back and saw that their web site is down, phones are not being answered, faxs not going through and of course emails not being responded to. I am now out $2,800.

My bank says I can get my $373 back. Used a credit card check for the original $2,500. I have contacted their fraud department to see of they can help me on that portion. I anyone knows of a group or class action lawsuit being filed Please contact me.

I cannot afford to loose $2,800. Not to mention the grief and hardship my wife and I have gone through. We now must move into our new home with only plywood on the floor because we cannot afford to pay twice for our bamboo floors. This company must be stopped!
