American Hardwood Floors Stole my money and sent no flooring Spokane Washington

I like the rest of you sent my money in December and as yet have not received any wood and it doesn't look like I am going to. I bought my wood from a man named James Sousa. Did anyone else buy from this guy? Has anyone received any wood recently? I also am interested in pursuing legal avenues along with others in a class action suit. Even if I don't ever receive anything I would like to tie up the money from these guys so that they don't go out and start up another company and do the same to someone else. I find it interesting that there are still listings for hardwood on the internt for hardwoodflooring.com and when you call they assure you that they are not connected with the one listed as hardwoodfloringusa.com Since American Hardwood Floors also used Mill Direct as one of their scams I'm thinking they are still up to their tricks. Does anyone else feel the same and if so, please respond.
