On June 18, 2018, I placed an order for a DNA test for my 95 year old father who lives in Los Angeles. I paid the $78 as requested and my order 195115385 was acknowledged but it was never sent to my knowledge. In fact it was not received. I made several requests for the return of my money but have not received any response. Last one being in August.
