My account tree and all data disappeared, so I called their support line. I gave my name of many decades and was told I don't exist in their files. I spent considerable time growing the family tree, but all is gone. I assume they have kept the data I provided them somewhere.

I can bring up my account online, but it is empty now. They did give the option to start over, ordering another DNA test kit.

What a scam!
