Our home loan was sold to ASC from Option One Mortgage in fall of 2005. It took 4 months of frustrating phone calls and several unanswered faxes to get ASC to pay our yearly taxes.

As of July 2006 our account still does not reflect that all taxes have been paid. ASC blamed the problem, first, on our county tax office then on the previous loan servicing company.

A homeowner can NEVER get the same cust. service rep. and they are forbidden to call customers back. If you say I want my problem "escalated to a supervisor", you will get one and he or she will promise to call you back but the call never comes.

The company has no business being in the home loan servicing business and the owner/president should be fired and punished for operating such a poorly run company.

The escrow department seems to be in great need of an overhaul and/or an audit. AND WHAT SUCCESSFUL COMP. DOESN'T HAVE A WEBSITE?

My next step is to write the BBB and ATTY GEN. -- I've had enough.
