Well I took my new car a 2007 Dodge Charger to get a new deck installed, at this time my car sounds great all I needed was a new deck installed ok, so I am told by the sales guy that I dont need to have a harness installed, that I only need it if I have back up camera's and navigation installed. I chose to follow the audio express employees advice and after the installation the stereo would not turn on after you turn the car off, so the next day I go and wait another few hours again they tell me I do not need a harness that they will bypass the amp and it should sound alot better, again they tell me I do not need a harness. At this time I am telling the audio express employee "are you sure I dont need the harness? I will go to the bank and get the money if I do" again I am assured I do not need a wire harness. they fix the stereo to turn on and the next day or so My fuse to the stereo blew out had to take back the car again to fix it. After a week or so I notice that the sound of my stereo system does not even sound half as good as it did before I took it in to be serviced by Audio Express, So I take it back again and after another few hours of waiting they tell me again that I did not need a wire harness and should get it back working again, well they got my front speakers to work again but they sound blown. This was not like this before they messed around with it. So I contact the distrcit manager James he said they will take care of me I take my car into another Audio Express and now they are telling me after all that time that I need a harness and new speakers, I spent 800$ to get the stereo installed and now they want me to spend even more to fix the mess up they made for me I feel cheated and swindled. This is not the first car of mine that audio express damaged I had a cadillac back in 2001 that I had a AMP and Speaker installed with these guys and messed up the cars computer ended up losing my job because the car wouldnt move after that I figured I give them another shot but they failed me again! Thanks alot Audio Express for wasting my time and money
