Best Buy reward zone charges $15 for a reward zone card that enables a customer to earn reward point redemable for cash based on purchases.
They state that they issued gift certificates and sent them to me, but I never received them. Although I called them three times to report that I had not received the certificates, they waited until the certificates had expired and then refused to reissue them. The certificates were worth $155. they only sent $5 out of the total and stated that they could not reissue the other certificates.
Although I called to report this several time, they were evasive and refused to resolve the problem. Their last response was that they could not reissue certificates that had expired even though the problem was reported before the certificates expired.

pick up the phone and call the main corporate phone number (612) 291-1000(NOT 1-888-BEST BUY) ask to speak with executive resolutions dept .. I can't speak for them.. but if they are smart they will be more then happy to send you the $155 in best buy certificates
why? here's the secret.. if I send you $155 in certificates.. your NOT going to spend $155 you will spend about $300 - $500 or more total and the store makes $$ in fact you pay them $15 to allow you to buy more from them..
