We purchased a warrenty from them May 2014, and within the 5 months the radiator went bad they didn't cover that; we paid $350.00 out of pockect. The 2 wheel and the 4 wheel motor went bad; which means the truck was unable to be driven, so we had it towed to the shop only to be told CARS PROTECTION PLUS does not cover that; so that was another $1000.00. Now the engine is gone, they said they will pay but not until the engine is broken down taken apart to find out what part of the engine went bad; but we have to pay for that(now that's 18 hrs to take the engine apart at $50 an hour) really!!!!! They try to find ways to get out of paying to your vehicle while your still paying your monthly fee
