This is just to let everyone know who is considering to purchase form carxenonhidkits.com to reconsider unless you want to get your money taken. It seems like its a one man operation by a guy named "Dave". At first glimps it seems like a reputable company BUT DON'T BE FOOLED!

When you first get on their website its all professional and you have a text box opening up for a chat with one of their reps. (who is more than likely Dave himself) I bought a set of the HID kit from them used it for about 2 months then one of the bulbs died on me so I asked for a replacement. I must have asked them for a replacement about 8 times and each time I would get a response in an email saying "you items will be shippined right away". It almost seems like its an automated messaging system.

Anyway, I tried contacting them via phone and what do you know, I spoke with Dave again and after he was super rude on the phone he said send another email and say that Dave said to send the parts. Yet again, nothing. To this day I have yet to recieve the replacement parts.

According to them they provide life time warranty on thier product but in reality there's no life time warrenty and the product might be made in germany, but the quality is very low. 

I would strongly urge you to not purchase from these guys, and obviously based on the other complaints about them it would be a real shame if you did.

As long as I can save one person from getting ripped off I'll be happy, but hope that other will get this before its too late.
