Ordered a set of HID Bi-Xenon headlights. They arrived and I fitted them fairly easily. 

A few weeks later the relay stopped working, this caused the lights to fail. I contacted CarxenonHIDkits.com (as they have a "lifetime warranty") and they assured me they would send me a replacement relay.

My original request for the relay was April 2015, it is now over 3 months later, and almost 100 emails from carxenonHIDkits.com and still the item has not arrived. I have been told, "It's on it's way", "allow 2-3 days for delivery", "let me check with FedEx", "we have stock issues", "we already sent one", "sorry for the delay" etc, etc, etc!

The customer service is non existent, the items are cheap impirted rubbish, not the high quality "German" ones they claim, and they have no warranty whatsoever, nor any after sales care.

The initial light set cost me $120, I was happy enough with it, the replacement part cost $10, I have now purchased this elesewhere. For the sake of $10, Carxenonhidkits.com couldn't be bothered to send a low value part and honor their alleged "Lifetime Warranty", and then to add insult to injury, continously lie they are going to send a replacement part out.

This company in my opinion (and clearly many others if you search reviews on line) is a ripp off and should be avoided. Incidentally if you complain on there social media pages, they remove your comment. The only reviews that are on there are clearly ones they have written themselves, and with the money they are making from ripping people off, perhaps they should buy a dictionary and learn to spell correctly when writing "self reviews"!
