CELLUNLOCK Took money in return for allegedly being able to unlock my spare cell phone. Internet

On the 02/22/2013 I placed an order with an internet based company called CELLUNLOCK.NET, who according to their web blurb could unlock any cell phone on their lists once you had told them all the relevent information about your phone as per their form for the info.

You also have to pay them up front for them to unlock your phone, this I did $39.99 which they took immediately and sent me by email an unlock code number for my phone ( a Samsung Galaxy S 4g) which they said came from the provider / phone maker (the provider in this case was T-mobile).

The unlock code did not work and never has, I tried to contact them by telephone but never any answer, I emailed them and after a few days they said I was doing it wrong ie. entering the code incorrectly. I tried again following their instructions. It did not work, so I emailed them again on numerous occasions and either recieved no reply or they said I was doing it wrong and I must send a VIDEO of me entering the unlock code this I did.

They replied that it was to be sent to the maker - Samsung. I am still waiting and now they dont answer any emails at all. They are Thieves and Con men, they were asked to return my money or give me a code that works - I have had no reply. I rang Samsung USA and reported this company to them, they are interested but said I must contact the provider and tell them.

I am now still waiting for my money to be returned, with 62 days interest, I had to pay out more money and have been inconvieniened by this whole affair.

Please DO NOT use Cellunlock.net they are theives and Rip-offs. They must have done this to thousands of people and got away with it. I still have not got my Galaxy S 4g unlocked.
