I applied for this card around November of 2015 to help rebuild my credit. It was one of the suggested cards that I had a good chance of being approved for suggested by the creditkarma.com website. I got approved with a crdit limit of $300 they sent me the card failry quickly, I notcied that before I had even made one charge on the card they charged me a $75 annual fee and I hadn't even had the card a week. So after having the card for a few months and purchases I made I paid the balance in full soon there after which prompted the company to increase my credit limit to $500. Soon after this credit increase I see a fraudluant charge appear on my card. I immediately called the customer service (which by the way is ALL Indian people and you can barely understand one word they say) and reported this charge. They assured me that there would be an investigation and the situation would he handled. Maybe a day or two goes by and I get an email saying that my credit limit increase has been processed. I did not request a limit increase which let's me know someone other then myself has gotten access to my account. I called yet again to attempt to fix this problem and requested that they close that card,I created a password only to call back several times and have NO ONE ask me for my password. I asked why and I was told that my password had been removed. Then I was told that my new card would be sent out to me within 5-7 business days and I got to check the mail and get a letter telling me that my card has been mailed out to "my new address" *** ** ***** **. Miami, Fl 33169 which has NEVER been my address, nor have I ever lived in Miami. So this continued on to happen 3 more times. Finally I asked them to close my account becuase I didn't want to risk having somone else living at my expense. They closed my card and I go back online to make sure it's closed and to my surprise my account had been reopened within a matter of days. This has been a NIGHTMARE!! I have NEVER had to deal with such unprofessionalsim with what is suppose to be a reputable company. I am now going to go forward and fight to not only have my situation rectified but help others who have been wronged by these crooks, and help anyone considering using this con man's dream of a company.

Let's assume everything you state is exactly correct...somebody, somewhere has stolen your identity and is opening fraudulent accounts.  Hopefully, you haven't waited beyond the 60 day window.  What you do is FORGET about handling this by phone and e-mail.  Type out a single page letter detailing what you think is fraud and that you are willing to sign an "Affidavit of Fraud".  Write all the steps you've taken so far and dates.  Do not get nasty, simply present your case in a matter of fact way.  Again, make it one page...NOT another edition of "War and Peace" like many others would.  Send this letter CERTIFIED with return receipt requested to the "Billing Inquiries" address which will most likely be different from where someone would send payments.  Its easy for them to get rid of you over the phone but you must follow the proper procedure for placing this into contest.  There are federal laws which govern this process.

If I call a credit card company and tell them that there have been fraudulent activities on my account NUMEROUS times, take the necessary steps to prevent it from happening again, and they STILL continue to allow someone whom is not myself access my account and then look at me for repayment thy are as grimey as the people who are stealing from me because they are allowing. ALSO.... I've read several reviews on this card that pretty read like a carbon copy of my current situation. So again I say they're CROOKS! Any reputable credit card company is going to do everything they can to assure this type of activity is stopped. I've never had such poor customer service. Mind you I've contacted these people SOOOO many times telling them I DO NOT live in Miami and within 24-48 hrs they change my addres back to Miami. So if you're not rectifying the problem you ARE THE PROBLEM.
