CS Market Enterprises ripoff fraudulant deceptive techniques beware ebay Freedom Pennsylvania

Purchased product from ebay. Advertized as Silver Razor phone, purchsed phone. Received a green and white razor phone the silver had been chemically removed, painted or sandblasted. The phone is severly damaged. Picture showed intact silver motorola razor phone with a MSRP of $399.00. This venders has had thousands of complaints. I tried to resolve this matter and they sent me a statement that said "DO NOT initiate a dispute with either your credit card company or Paypal. If this action is taken, paypal, ebay, your credit card company and any other applicable legal resources will be notified, and you will be prosecuted." I am not used to be threatened with litigation, and I dont think I should pay to have an item returned. They state "Upon receiving your returned item you will be refunded the full item price along with half of the original shipping costs (assuming all directions are followed on this page)". This vender is a high volume vender ebay rates them with a red star. It appears they sell good equipment to approx 29 customers then switch and sell fraudulent items; After researching this company uses different names and have had approx 3,000 negetive feedbacks in the last year. Ebay continues to let them sell and paypal continues to allow them to use their service. With this volume of complaints its as if pay pal and ebay have conspired to defraud on a very large scale.
