1-29-18 Paid for two copies of windows 10 Pro and one of Office 10 Pro. On email from with License for Office 2010 and two emails with download links to the programs {Office_Pro_2010_TechG_English_x32.exe} and another to web pages with "help". The Windows 10 were not the PRO version and there is no accompanying Licensing. The Office 2010 software just says "The installation of this package failed" The Phone number; 1-844-350-5295 says "Not taking incoming calls" The Web site; MinuteDownload.com can not be reached.
