I bought the wrong version of a microsoft office student/ home version. I needed a refund and they told me to order the correct version and then they would give me a refund. I told them i just wanted my money back and they said all they could give me is 80% back. Im still waiting on my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!
